IVTS USA provides industrial vacuum and conveyance services for refinery and petrochemical turnarounds. Patented E-Series, M-Series, and P-Series systems remove catalyst, tower packing, coke, scale, sludge, and filter media 40 to 60 percent faster than conventional vacuum-truck methods, with fewer people inside the unit. Units we service during turnarounds: desalters, heat exchangers, crude and vacuum distillation towers, catalyst towers and reactors, hydrocrackers and hydrotreaters, coke drums and vessels, cooling towers, storage tanks (ASTs and API tanks), and filter media vessels. Materials include spent catalyst, random packing (Raschig rings and saddles), petroleum coke, refractory, basin silt, and tank-bottom sludge. Equipment stages outside the congested zone and connects through hose runs of 700 to 1,000 feet or more, reaching into catalyst towers, over 45-foot tank walls, and through elevated spaces. No truck rotation, no spotters inside the unit, no start-stop cycling. On one hydrocracker scope, catalyst removal and reload finished in 12 days against a 45-day industry standard.
